CO-OP Bank Visa – Simbisa Brands Promotion.

The following terms and conditions apply to the CO-OP Bank Visa- Simbisa Brands (Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, Galitos, Vasilis, Creamy Inn) Promotion. By participating in the promotion, you shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions

Promotion Period and Eligibility:

  • The Promotion is open to Simbisa Brands (Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, Galitos, Vasilis, Creamy Inn) customers who pay with their CO-OP Bank Visa card for food and drinks worth Kes. 1,200/= and above will get a voucher worth Ksh 600, customer who pay Ksh 600 and above will get a Ksh 300 voucher at any of the 12 participating outlets (listed at the bottom) that are detailed as the main outlets participating in this promotion:
  • The promotion is open to any person above the age of 18 years, the parent or guardian of a minor, may participate in the Promotion
  • The promotion will run during the following weekends:
    • Weekend 1: – 29th, 30th, 31st March and 1st April
    • Weekend 2: – 6th & 7th April
    • Weekend 3: – 20th & 21st April

Eligibility and Reward Specifics

  • To be eligible for the promotion, you must be a CO-OP Bank Visa cardholder and purchase food and drinks worth Kes. 1,200/= and above or Ksh 600 and above at the selected Simbisa Brands outlets (Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, Galitos, Vasilis, Creamy Inn) during the Promotion period.
  • Payment shall be made with CO-OP Bank Visa card to be eligible for a voucher worth Kes. 300 for those who pay with CO-OP bank Visa Ksh 600 and above and a voucher worth Ksh 600 for those who pay with CO-OP bank Visa Ksh 1,200 and above. The voucher must be redeemed before expiry.
  • Participating Simbisa Brands outlets (Chicken Inn, Pizza Inn, Galitos, Vasilis, Creamy Inn) will have CO-OP Bank Visa branded brand ambassadors to engage the customers and reward customer who meet the promotion mechanics with vouchers.
  • The reward is limited to a set number of customers that Pay for food and drinks with CO-OP Bank Visa card on Saturdays and Sundays within the promotion period and the reward will be on a first come first service basis.

Other Terms:

  • Simbisa Brands and CO-OP Bank reserve the right to disqualify any participant or withdraw the reward for any reason they deem fit.
  • The vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • CO-OP Bank and Simbisa Brands have used all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information and materials relating to the promotion are accurate. CO-OP Bank and Simbisa Brands shall not be held liable for any inaccuracy or errors in such information and/or material.

Making payments using your Coop Bank Visa card is absolutely free!

The new chip and pin technology helps prevent card-related crime. Each card has a tiny chip embedded to make the card virtually impossible to copy. Not only is the chip and pin secure, it’s easy and fast to process which means shorter queuing at the till. No need to carry cash and small change to pay for your shopping at supermarkets and restaurants. If your card is lost or stolen, call Co-op Bank immediately to let us know. We will block the card and hence protect the money in your account as well as replace your card.

Paying for your purchases using your debit card is cheaper than withdrawing cash from the ATM, as you avoid the ATM withdrawal charges. You can pay for ANY amount using your Co-op Bank Visa Card and you will pay exactly the same amount you would have if you had used cash.

You get alerts on your mobile phone (if you have opted for them) every time you use your Co-op Bank Visa Card at a merchant. This allows you to see where you are spending your money in real-time and plan accordingly. Also, you can request for a bank statement to see every location you have used your Visa card for easy tracking of your spending, which makes it much easier to plan your budget

  • DO NOT write your PIN on the card or anywhere else
